A queer, Army-veteran photographer with wild red hair drawn to light, laughter, and the beauty of now —sunlight slipping across the train of a wedding dress, the tears being wiped away during your ceremony, and the quiet moments of in-between.
My camera has become my solace and an extension of who I am. I love using natural light to capture those "blink-and-you'll-miss-it-moments" - the giggles, wild hair, the m&ms on your child's face. You know, the real stuff. I believe the best photos come from the moments you don't plan; the moments that showcase real life.

I have loved photography for as long as I can remember. What started as a childhood love of Polaroid cameras and a Nikon Coolpix as a teen, went on to become a job as a sports photographer at a local paper at 20, paving the way for Cinnamon & Sage to blossom ten years later in 2024. I use a mixture of prompts, posing, and quietly capturing the candid, still moments. My style leans documentary. I want to capture you as you are, not how you are posed. If your little one has dirt on their toes or you feel your hair isn't just right - that's perfect! Let's create magic out of freezing the moments of life just as they are.
When I'm not helping families capture magic, I can be found with my partner and kiddo, somewhere outside, lost in a good book, or rotating through my newest hobby. I love a good coffee or tea and my current favorite activity is changing the vinyls on our wall every month.
